Where do I get Hot Leads?

Hello OMF members,
I am now trying to get leads for a business. But I am not sure how can I get proper leads for my business. I am now thinking for getting leads from a phone book. Will it work for getting proper hot leads? Please share your experiences from where you get your leads for your business? I know that I can buy leads for my business. In this case who do you suggest me to buy leads from? Please share your opinion and suggestions if there are another way of getting leads.

Have you heard about yellow and white pages? You can get it there or even buy them.

Hello Andy, Thanks a lot for your kind response. I have heard about yellow and white pages and used these sites for my client's local business marketing. Yes, I also think that I can use these local business listing sites for getting proper hot leads. But I am not sure about How can I buy leads from them? I have found some online service providers who sell list of leads but I am not sure about the quality of leads they sell. Please share your experiences about buying leads from them.
