Hi GM, right of the bat, I see that they will need a cover photo for their Twitter page.

Rite on! ☺

They are also doing a lot of the posting themselves which is proven through out the all the social media pages they are using.
With out a doubt there are many ways you can target this business.

Personally I would easily create a “Realtor” page follow them, write and even call them up. Consistency always wins! And most people forget that.

Offline is 85% is persistence….
