Hey Guillermo Here Posting This Now From My Home Here In NYC "My home is a mess I'm currently in the process of moving" and if you ever moved before you know how that story goes lol "very messy!".

But the reason I'm posting this is because in the next couple of weeks I'm thinking of releasing a tool *PRIVATELY* only for our supporters. This software enables you to find NEWLY registered businesses in your state or local area.

Please take a few minutes to comment down below and let me know if you'd like to go after the new guys in town...
If not let me know as well maybe you have other interest and I want to make sure I cover those as well.

Great timing! I have been putting things into action to focus lead gen on new business.

These types of business have budgets and expect to spend money on marketing!

Please let me have beta access...I have a web app dev / User Experience (UX) so will give you
great feedback.

I think it's a great idea! I'm living in CT now, but years ago (back in the 90s?) down in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, a friend of mine & I searched the court records at town hall for such records by hand. Arduous but worthwhile. I'd like to have access to your software-tool. And I'd *love* to be a beta-tester, if you need any. :)

I want something that does this. Currently I have to pay someone else to compile these lists for me so having a tool that does it would be beneficial.

Hey Guillermo,

It is an good I dea and I am definitely for it.

I also had another question regarding a tool
that finds finds people looking for jobs and
gigs online and finds the jobs/gigs providers
on on CL ,Fiverr or any job platforms and
delivers them to the platform and we just
be the middleman.

I don't remember if it's here I saw it but if
not, I believe it's worth looking into while
I am still searching for where I saw the tool
offered.

This would be great, I have always thought about check Secretary of State records, but can't always see the most recent filings. A tool that could organize this search and compile names, addresses, contact phone and emails would be worth something! Count me in rdp5000

I think it is a fantastic idea...they are primed to become a long term client and are probably looking for someone to tell them what services they will need.

Yep,
Good Idea. It would be nice if the software could create a mailing list (like csv file)
of the names that could be uploaded into a physical mailing program whereas we
are able to direct mail them. Back in the day we had to pay monthly subscriptions
or research downtown to do something like this so a one-off purchase would be nice.

Yes, as others have written, this could be a very useful tool. One of the things to remember, is that with any new local business owner, they are working like crazy to get their business moving in the right direction. If you frame the offer in such a way as to offer free value to them before your USP, I think they would pay more attention and it would go over very well. Just a thought. Thanks for reading.

That's Great News to hear i could use this product. I have been doing this process manually to find New Business. If you release it please let me know.

I think this is will be a good product as many big companies like Vista Print does that each time there is any new business registration. If one looks inward cery well, there are lots of opportunity that may live long in the business.

Definitely would be very interested. I work with local businesses and would love to get a headstart in showing them my services.

I too, work with local businesses and my local City Hall provides me with Names & Contact Info of new business registrants....every month. I sell advertising programs and have found "New Business Owners" to be VERY receptive to my projects.

It would be nice to know how to get "New Biz Start-ups" for other towns & cities.
