Hello everyone,I am now discussing an excel sheet columns which would be help full for any cold callers.

Columns are:

S.No.
Date of call
Person's Name
Nick Name
Consumer phone number
Follow Up/New Call -is it a follow up call or new call
Reaction of a consumer- Friendly/Angry/rude
Q/A - (What are the questions he asked and what we responded)
Call Back time and date - When consumers asked to call back
Email Id
Website Address
Comments

Above the columns, is there any thing I don't mention?

wow, you have done a very good job. But so far I know that all the cold callers uses a software to track their data. I am trying to find out some software to track records and will of course share if I found any. Until then you all can use this sheet Cold Caller Tracking Sheet

I have saved your sheet and I have found that you have just copied all the information of mine in a excel sheet. I have already done this and Exactly I am asking is there any thing or any important column I don't mention?
