Yoga for beginners

They say that for beginners, styles of yoga such as hatha, iyengar, power, yin yoga, FLY yoga, and kundalini are suitable. What do you think about them? And what equipment is required for practicing these techniques?

Personally, I think these styles of yoga are all great options for beginners. Hatha yoga and iyengar yoga focus on slow, deliberate movements, which are perfect for starting out. Power yoga is a more intense style, but it can still be modified for beginners. Yin yoga and FLY yoga are both restorative practices that focus on deep stretching and relaxation, while kundalini yoga combines movement, breathwork, and meditation.

As for equipment, you don't need much to get started. A yoga mat is essential, and it's also a good idea to have some blocks, straps, or bolsters to assist with poses. Some styles, like FLY yoga, require a hammock or aerial rigging as well. It's always best to check with your instructor to see if any additional equipment is needed.

Ultimately, it's important to find a style of yoga that resonates with you personally. Regarding yoga equipment, you will need basic items. I'm sure your trainer told you what it is. I advise you Yoga Accessories online shop. It has everything you need and even extras. Experiment with different types until you find one that feels right for your body and mind. And remember, yoga is a journey, so don't get discouraged if you don't get everything right the first time. Just keep practicing, and you'll get there!
