What exactly subwoofer do you have? I think such cables should be with it. If no I recommend to research this question online and read articles like on this page, here you can find the best variants with detailed descriptions. Hope this will be helpful!

First, you want a 3.5mm stereo splitter adaptor (the image suggests but you want simplest one). One output will go to the audio system you have already got, the other goes to the subwoofer). Next, you need a three.5mm stereo male to 2 RCA male audio cable to connect the alternative half of the splitter for your subwoofer inputs.
