Unclaimed Listing Finder

Hi , i seem to be having a problem i purchased Unclaimed Listing Finder and the upgrade version loaded it onto my chrome extension i open it up type in my search query they come up on the web page but my extension disappears of the page ? .

I have done this a few times now with the same result what am i doing wrong have i missed something ? your input to this would be greatly appreciated .

I have since purchased yelp consultant and G-soft i bought them because i like the concept of the software but i'm having problems with them as well , not loading properly or doing what it's supposed to do .

I have sent support a ticket , i have also sent a private support ticket but still no response i would rather have these issues sorted so i can use the software than get a refund , but if i get no support then i have no other option but to get a refund .

Please respond and give me some support

Essentially it sounds like what will happen is the unclaimed pages will no. Those listings will still however show up in search and maps.
