I have tried for the last 3 weeks to contact support by way of email, JVZoo, and phone call; but I have not reached anyone, more have they/you returned my call or respond to my email.
I'm all about following procedures, as I have things in place for support for my company; but when they are not responded to, it makes doing business with a company very unpleasant.
My simple request is to have access to the train videos for Local Marketing REVOLT.
I purchased it, was able to download the software, but the Training Portal is nowhere to be found.
It clearly states on the 'Sales Page' that there are training videos, But somehow I did not get that.
How do we make that happened?
