Tried support no help...creative post wont move past the type of post

Hello, I get to the type of post on the craigslist side and it stops and just spins? I have air installed and java..i have cleaned the cache for both... but not sure of any other place for this.

I have made several post to the helpless desk and nothing.

Good day! Please make sure your firewall and antivirus are both turned off. Then re-install the software.
