Thinking of outsourcing cold calling, will that be great idea?

Hello,

Recently one of my employer asked me to make some calls in favor of this company's upcoming products. He has gave me all the product details with cold calling script. As I am busy now so though about sending recorded scripts using any cold calling software but my close friend told me that if I do this then I can get bad reviews from clients, even we could loose that client forever.

So I was thinking of outsourcing the cold calling. What are you opinions regarding this issue?

Well as for my opinion i think you should in order to lessen the burden in you and of course in that way you can focus on what you need to do or an important task that you need to do. Don't also worry because when you outsource only specialists in cold calling will do the task and they will ensure to produce high quality and good outcome. Last is it can save you time of course and money.
