Where do you submit support tickets too -- I was sent here but I see no category for support.
I bought the original package last year -- have bought every upgrade I think
and I still have not gotten the poster to work --
I have asked for support numerous times to no avail --
I am very frustrated and would like to use the software I purchased --
It has only been a year ---
I understand that everything is "self explanatory" according to the founder --
but hardly anything is actually self explanatory unless you have developed the software or have used it for months and I have watched the videos that I do have access to dozens of times
and have gotten maybe one feature to work --
I have yet to ever post a successful ad --
I can not get the email scraper to work
I can not get the new BBB scraper to work
I can not get any of the ad posting to work
so please someone help cause no one answers support tickets at the email
I have no access to videos to explain how to use the CL poster --
