Paid antivirus or free?

My main PC uses a paid antivirus program. For my next computer, I was wondering if you can just install a free version instead. Which one is enough for basic needs?

Thanks!

Free Antivirus programs never work. Get upgraded theres a few virus protection programs out there. The list goes on just head over to amazon you'll find them very affordable too :)

I think free antivirus software usually provides a bare minimum level of protection. But Paid antivirus Software also provide a max level of protection and safety from malware and other virus detection. So i like Paid version.. :D :yu:

According to me, Paid Version of Antivirus Software is best for the Computrs/Laptops. It (Paid Version) gives more security features and have many advantages.

I think in windows there is a free antivirus software available known as ( Windows defender ). It is fully functional Antivirus that scans/removes threads like any other paid or expensive antivirus...

I am using an Avast anti-virus for my PC, over and above they have also introduced their new VPN goes with the name Avast Secureline VPN. Quite satisfied with the service from both the products. I am at peace now even when I am working on a public wifi and doing banking transactions.

Moreover, I would not recommend going for a free software for anything. They hardly do the job. On the front we see it is working, but that is all show and no results. Saying this on my experience.

On the free side are some strong and respectable antivirus programs for Windows machines. Avast Free Antivirus, Avira Free Antivirus, AVG AntiVirus Free and Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition are only a couple. ... On Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, it's rebranded as Windows Defender and incorporated with the framework.

Paying for antivirus programming is generally BS. Notwithstanding, a break of that sort doesn't consequently mean you should surge out and purchase something like McAfee AntiVirus Plus. While numerous antivirus administrations offer genuine devices to shield your PC, odds are you can get conventional dimensions of insurance for nothing.

If you want to avoid data loss then you have to keep some good antivirus installed in your PC. Antivirus prevents data hacking from your PC. Free Antivirus also offers good services such as
-AVG AntiVirus FREE
-Avast Free Antivirus
-Kaspersky Free
-Check Point ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus
-Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition
-Adaware Antivirus Free
-Avira Antivirus
Paid antivirus is better for you if you have a good budget like-
-Norton AntiVirus Plus
-Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2019
-Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus
-F-Secure Antivirus SAFE
-ESET NOD32 Antivirus
-Kaspersky Anti-Virus
-Panda Dome Essential

I guess you should use a good antivirus always, especially if you need it for a company. I recommend that you check out the IT support services from https://www.vcsitsolutions.com where you will find help with such things. Good luck with it, hope I helped you here :)

All free antiviruses are not protection for your computer. The best option is to pay and get a perfect antivirus that will protect your computer. P use subscription programs from https://www.seedboxco.net/. My favorite games, utilities, and development tools are there. I recommend this service to many.

Free anti-virus solutions offer basic protection against common viruses whereas paid anti-virus software offers more advanced protection. For example, Kaspersky Internet Security uses a system watching component which makes it better at spotting yet-unknown malware and computer virus threats.

I believe that before using this or that antivirus software, you should know everything about it. Starting with a simple description of its features and ending with reviews from people who have a long experience of using this or that application. Of course, you also need to study the difference between antivirus and other device protection. I learned a lot of useful things from https://askanydifference.com/difference-between-mcafee-livesafe-and-total-protection/ and began to understand this topic in much more detail
