Move to the Insourcing country.

Is it possible for a company to allow it's workers to move with the company to the insourcing country? I think many would readily move to another country to keep their job but it doesn't appear to be an option that often.

In most cases most countries move to save money and so if people moved with the company they would want the same money and help moving so now the company is not saving money. So it usually is not an option for most companies

Everything is possible for a private company but the thing is if you move people as you are telling will not be effective to save money.

Say for example, you own a company which has a branch in Indonesia. Now if you want to send your employee to Indonesia who is still working in USA then how much you will pay them? Will you pay them in Indonesian currency? Will they work at your company then? I don't think so. You have pay that you was paying in USD.

But the thing you can do is you can hire people from outsourcing site, train them well and open a branch on that targeted country using them. That gonna save your money, I guess.

Most people do not want to get up and move anyway. Some companies will move employees but it not to often that employees want to move. Even in the US a lot of employees will not even move to another state. There are a few that are single that may move but not many.
