Lately, I feel like my work has made me more nervous and irritated. At first I didn't want to admit it, but my mental health is compromised. Who can give me good advice?

At that moment when it was hard for me, no one gave me a helping hand and everyone laughed that I started to get depressed because of the separation from my girlfriend. I decided to pull myself together. I was one step away from starting to use drugs, but soon I was able to overcome it and the kratom plant helped me a lot. It has just amazing properties and it helps to clear the mind and calm down! You can read about it here https://www.ethnobotanicalcouncil.org/best-kratom-for-energy-and-euphoria/.

ou’lll sooon notiice that carrbs are everywhere. In order to avoid consuming too many carbs, it’s essential to plan, measure and track everything that you’re eating.

Additionallly, in ordder to lose weiight, you’d still need to create a caloric deficit, even on keto (yeah, keto isn’t magic… although we wish it were).

To do tthat, you firrst neeed to figure out what your maintenance calories are, i.e. how many calories you need to eat in order to maintain your weight.

Hi there! Thank you so much for the thread and info here, it is really important that you stay healthy. Do you think that some supplements help with it? I would recommend that you check out those from eDrugStore.com, for example. I am sure that you will find something good for you there, good luck!

Have you thought about taking vitamins or enhancing supplements?

I'm glad that I've found this thread because now I know that I'm not alone. I suffer from depression now and then. I avoid taking the prescribed pills as my mind is foggy after that (according to the Canadian pharmacy site, this might be a side effect). I noticed that I feel relief when I start painting being depressed. And it has to be noted, I'm happy to have a supportive family that helps me a lot.

I know better than anyone that mental health is very important. Some time ago, I had severe depression. I understand that only those people who have experienced this problem will understand me.
