No one will help you with that, only on television shows you can see 4 or 5 people to be lucky, but who knows what they will sign when contract will be infront of them.

Agree with the last comment, but he needs investors to start a business. One advice and hold on to it, don’t start business on credit or lending money, because if you're out of business you are in such a moment of understanding that you can’t control already the situation, and SHAZAM you lose something it doesn’t even belong to you, ooh it’s a drama. Go work few contracts and make money, afterwards do your business. Better to invest in here 1031 exchange to reit because guarantee you have that “tomorrow” money will come back + additional income. Real estate, never becomes old, always works.
