I need advice

I started having trouble sleeping. I can’t sleep more than a couple of hours a night and suffer from insomnia. I find it difficult to work and I became irritable. Any tips?

Couple of beers and heavy snack works great enough to put me in a heavy sleep the moment I close my eyes.
But it's not that good for your health so I guess the other solutions are needed here. The next best one is a weighted blanket. The idea came into my mind when I figured that it easier for me to sleep under a warm blanket even while the temperature is extremely hot. So I got weighted one and it feels just amazing.
