How can I buy IPTV online? Any advice?

There are all kinds of terribly unreliable IPTV services that are based in foreign countries that you can subscribe to. but I think you'll very quickly find that it's a waste of money. The advertised full high-definition but half the time when their servers get overloaded they drop down to standard definition or worse. You'll also find all kinds of pausing and hesitation. You also have the possibility of the service being shut down by law enforcement and you'd end up losing any money that you had prepaid.
If you're looking to cut the cord on your cable company I would highly recommend that you stick to legal alternatives. Amazon Prime video is excellent. It probably has some of the best content of all the streaming services and it's cheap. You'll pay about $80 a year for your Amazon Prime membership and that includes Prime video. For an additional subscription fee you can add additional services like stack TV which gives you 12 live TV channels. You can also look at Netflix and Crave.
