I'm aiming for local restaurants, and want to make sure that I can hit them all without duplication. Would you recommend getting a physical Yellow Page book, or a specific Yp scraper, or some other resource? All mailings will be addressed by hand, so I don't necessarily need a digital list unless that makes it easier somehow. Any suggestions?

No matter what you use is going to have its disadvantages. Like the yellow pages may be out dated or not up to date depending on the date of it. By using a scraper you can run into dups or it may have things that are not in it as of yet so you got advantages and disavantages of both.

I can create you a list of restaurants in any town or city in the world including your hometown. The list will contain the name of the restaurant, address, city, state, Zip code, phone number and (if available) their email. For those that do not show
the email address, you can communicate with them thru (contact us) from their website. O can include the name of the website if you needed it.
Looking at phone books is really time consuming.
What you get from me is not limited to your hometown but also those surrounding it so you can have a sizable number of prospects.
I can give you any amount of restaurant prospects that you need. But if you really want to bag a few restaurants as you client - the easiest way is to target those with negative reviews and they are plenty.

What you are meaning by "All mailings will be addressed by hand"? Do you need postal address so that you could send them parcels?
Anyways I can perform data scraping from yellow pages manually but as bestbook123 is saying if that is true then I am not sure about the address I will collect will be correct or not? I am really in a big doubt now about yellow pages.
