Getting resellers through cold calling...

So I want to give a boost to my video creation business. I'd like to take care mostly about the creation part and find partners who can bring sales.

More precisely, those partners would be SEO companies and other types of IM consulting firms that need converting videos for their clients. And I decided to contact the potential partners by phone, since it seems a lot more personal than an email.

So why I'm posting this? Because I have a key problem: I find it hard to set up a goal for my calls. An effective goal, I mean. Just presenting my offer is not enough. I guess most people would be kind enough to tell me something like "Sure, thanks for your proposal, we'll keep that in mind" but I have no guarantee that I'll hear from them in the future. I need to create some form of engagement, to get some kind of promise from my potential partner, but I still don't know how to do that.

To put it more clearly... If someone says "Great, we're interested" what should be the next step? How can I make sure that we'll have a concrete collaboration? How would you do that if you were me?

Thank you very much for your time!

Bogdan

Well, the thing is your offers must be smart enough to get sure from your partners otherwise they will not agree to work for you. Instead of that you can hire any outsourcing firm but before hiring you have to be very sure of their quality.

You can give a try with New York Web Design Company :: Custom Web Design in NY :: Website Redesign :: CSS, XHTML, W3C Web Designers - WebDevelopmentGroup.org, New York Web Design Company, Web Design Brooklyn, Web Design NYC, Ecommerce web design, just dialing 1-800-219-1314 or Outsourcing & Offshoring to the Philippines | 123Employee.com @ 866-549-1296. I am sure they gonna agree with your offer.

If someone says that "Great, we're interested". That means he will collaborate with you but he gonna judge you before collaboration. So after someone tells you that then your next step is to ask him for a private meeting ASAP. Until you have that meeting you should keep watch on company if they collaborate with others or not. I am just saying spying on them.
