I need an help about keyword ranking. How do you guys check ranking for specific keyword on Google? Usually I check it manually but I want to know is there any free tool which displays for which specific keywords are website rank? Waiting for help guys.

Yeah, I know a tool that can find your site's rank with specific keyword. But the main problem of this tool is it can't find out any page's ranking, can find only domain ranking.
