Usually My client use Microsoft Excel for managing his Lead generation tasks. But with the increase of Leads, Things are getting hard to manage by Excel only. He is now looking for some best Lead CRM/Software for managing his Lead Generation Tasks. He needs to to put a followup schedule in place and also needs to make notes beside the lead. I have heard about many software but I want the best for his project. What are some best Lead CRM/Software for managing Lead Generation campaign? Please share your ideas and suggestions.

My client uses RedTail. It's very easy to use and it can help a lot specially in sorting out tasks, emails, etc.

I have heard that Salesforce is the best CRM for lead generation. I have suggested a lot time to use salesforce to members of different forums.
