Guys, I am new to this term. Can anyone tell me what is lead generation? Is there any relation between lead generation and backlink generation?

Lead generation is the first step of the sales process. In this case both quality and quantity are essential aspects. Lead generation is the practice of taking concerns from potential customers. Usually lead generation happened at places like trade shows where visitors to a company's booth would fill out a card with their contact details and turn it in to get a call back from that company's sales team.

There is a relation between lead generation and backlink generation because there are various free methods to use the Internet for lead generation. Among these that should be described are search engine optimization and social network promotions. Here backlink generation is a part of search engine optimization. I hope it will assist you.
