Normally, you'd add promotional items to the box of your product. However, with dropshipping, you'll need to get a little more creative because you aren't shipping the product yourself. I've seen merchants add another item for free, or even share a discount code with purchase! Those are two ways you can make your customers feel special and increase your rate of return!
