Hello everyone, I am now sharing seven important tips on reputation management. I hope these will help to build a positive online reputation for marketing any business. These are:
1. Be proactive not reactive
2. Innovate
3. Practice transparency
4. Think globally
5. Be charitable
6. Care about your customers
7. Have fun

Above these tips, Am i not mention anything? What do you think about these tips? Waiting for more important tips about reputation management.

Thanks a lot for your inspiration. I am now describing those seven tips with piratical example.

1. Be proactive not reactive:
If you are practicing business online, then you must be proactive not reactive in all of your dealings. Begin by staying on top of any negative remarks about your business or products on Google, blogs, forums and websites, and you’ll never be playing catch-up when it comes to your online reputation.

2. Innovate
At the core of any successful large company is a strong desire to be on the forefront of its industry. Apple, for example, has built an excellent online reputation by perfecting new products and then surrounding them with irresistible hype. You need to build a sense of prestige around your product or service, and consumers will think of you as a leader in your field.

3. Practice transparency
Practicing transparency and public disclosure is an important step to maintaining a spotless online reputation. A large company like Google practices transparency in all of its business relations.

4. Think globally
It’s important to ensure that the online public thinks of your business as more than just a corner market. You can develop a global reach online without necessarily increasing your size.

5. Be charitable
Microsoft is a perfect example of a company that changed its public perception through charitable work. Investing in non-profit organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, however, the company impacted a radical shift in its reputation. You can do this same work for your business. You can do the smallest charitable acts which can help to create a better online reputation for your business.

6. Care about your customers
Customer service should always come before your own earnings, particularly if you want a positive online reputation. The Walt Disney Company, for instance, has always put its consumers before earnings.

7. Have fun
It isn’t challenging to see why some large organizations do well and others don’t. Effective businesses know that making a “feeling” around their products is important to mega-sales. Coca-Cola is one of the 30 most reliable organizations in the world. Because People exciting drinking Coke with having fun.
