Question for Support

I guess that I am a little confused. I paid $27 for Creative Lion based on some tutorials that I saw on YouTube. I was interested in getting software that allowed me to make multiple posts on Backpage rather than CL. What I received was instruction on CL entitled Creative Post. I think perhaps I ordered the wrong software or maybe I am not seeing a link to what I really wanted. Can you please advise.

As you can see, the support for CreativePost Anything is seriously lacking.

I need to find out how to get the Creative Post Gorilla and the Local Authority Software to work. I have contacted support several times and have not gotten a response or a NEW download so that those might work. The Local Authority says Version 2, but it downloads Version 1, which I already have. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated, prior to the expiration of the new software. I would like to purchase it, but I am wary due to the fact that the other two do not work and I have not received support for them.

HELP, please......I always support your offerings, I just want assistance to make them work.

DID YOU EVER GET IT TO WORK? I call and email and post - and I cannot get answers. First it was Twilio API now it says Call Fire???
And I have the Email links missing in my Version 2 - the video clearly shows you are able to email as well. Not mine.
I wish there were CLEAR set up instructions on the smtp - and email settings as to NOT use gmail and such.
Just curious if you had any success with the Calling Local Authority OR the Creative Post.
