Pinterest Marketing - How many follows/pins/likes per day?

Hello Guys,

As Pinterest is one of the most effective social media sites to get more traffic to any business, I have recently started using Pinterest for my fitness business. I am now creating boards and posting pins. I am also posting pins from others (Repins) and following more than 75 peoples per day.

So I wonder how many follows/pins/repins/likes per day is safe for Pinterest marketing?

Please share your suggestions and experiences.

I did around 100 following Per day.I didn't notice that anyone of people i have been following me. I got 10 followers and when and I can still follow them which probably mean that i didn't follow them but they found me some other way. Maybe other marketers. the follow back ratio is pretty bad on Pinterest.

Thanks a lot for your kind response. What's the good follow back ratio for Pinterest? Also do you make repins for your Pinterest marketing? If so, How many repins is safe for Pinterest marketing? Please share your kind suggestions.

Follow as much people as you can. but I think 100 is more than enough for per day.
