I have been trying to receive some assistance on the Device ID program since 8/18/2020. I've sent emails to support@redtorrentmedia.com, info@redtorrentmedia.com, and support@deviceid.app to no avail. I purchased the product but never received a log in email to access it. I found the Device ID log in page and tried to reset my password to no avail as well. I also posted a message on this platform but I cannot locate it. Can someone assist? Also, should I expect this type of response for any further issues?
