Is Cold Calling Effective for Mortgage Leads?

Recently one of client told me to find new leads for his mortgage business. I think it is not easy to find mortgage prospective customers. I am thinking to make use of offline marketing methods such as cold calling for finding mortgage leads. What do you think about cold calling for getting mortgage leads? I know that cold calling is great method of finding new business, what your thinking would it work for mortgages at the same time? Please share your opinion guys. Thanks in advance.:)

They are really very effective. If you want more information about it, you can email me and I'll tell you more about it. In some companies, it's accepted that such calls are not helpful and therefore it's not part of their job to make a mortgage call. The client is responsible for himself and his money, he has the right to choose. I worked for several years for a company like this and noticed that it's much more rewarding for the company to work this way. I recently had a mortgage call myself. My wife and I decided to purchase our own home for $150,000. That's a tremendous amount of money, but with the help of Mortgage Advisor Cambridge, we were able to reasonably pay off the entire amount

Cold calls have always been part of progress, which is why they are still used in every call center in the world. Many clients don't agree to such terms over the phone, and therefore the manager is obliged to present iron-clad proof that it will be profitable. That's why it's in their best interest to know more about the industry.
