Help getting access to Product - Craigslist Software

I am posting here because I can't seem to get any help from the help desk support. I have sent 3 emails and submitted 2 tickets and no one bothers to help.

I purchased your Craigslist Software and was sent 2 different login passwords of which neither work. I can;t get access. I bought the upgrade as well.

I just want to get a working password to get my software to use and it's been days. Very frustrating.

What am I supposed to do?
