Email DateTime problem

The send date time of the mail rather then the DateTime of handling. This represents a remarkable issue for us. The Due date is in light of that datetime and when a client sends us from an alternate timezone or the client has set their framework date/time wrong, our Due dates can not be right. It has happened for occurrence that a mail was made a month from now.

In the message, on the Options tab, in the More Options group, click Delay Delivery .
Click Message Options.
Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before check box, and then click the delivery date and time that you want.
