Picked up the elite upgrade, registered via Wishlist reg page, but get looped back to login page. Once I use login info in email, all I get is the sales page for Elite. How do i access the product?

I haven't received my ELITE version and was offered help by Clariza and I cannot seem to respond to her Private Message with my purchase transactions information to get help.
How am I to get my product and receive help via private message when my messaging will not go through?

I am having same log in at the "same level" issues as well as never having received Elite product also. My PM to Clariza do not seem to post either, nor are my messages here posting. ? I just do not know how to get help.

Wow - did they ever address your problem in the past two months!???

I'm having the same issue - when I log into JVZoo and click on Get Product (I too did a new registration & email) I just get sent to the sales page for CREATIVE POST - ELITE - the product I just bought.

I sent a support email and PM to Clariza, but the huge time zone difference makes a quick reply difficult.

I do hope they can get this sorted out quickly - really eager to try this out!
