Contacting local businesses with email

Besides using jing & images in your email marketing. What else are you doing to contact
businesses via email ?

I personally feel like when people are trying to contact businesses via email, a "personal touch" is needed and, as funny as this might sound, it shouldn't look like an automated email that a gazillion companies other are also probably receiving at the same time. But as hard as this is, most people fail to realize that and their emails end up in the companies' spam folders.

If you are contacting a company by email, take your time to research about the company. Find out about the company's merits, demerits, achievements, losses and most importantly, how it could use the services that you are offering and benefit from them.

Highlight it in the email and you would have a deal in your hands in no time!

I don't use jing or images to contact business via email. I haven't started email marketing yet but have a plan to start very soon. I will analyze the company status before contacting them. I prefer working with a single company providing them very high quality service rather than working with a lot of companies at a same time providing all of them average quality service. Quality is first priority to me and will be always.

I always send welcome email to all of my customers to remind them that why they’re on my list and reassure them that good things are in store. Usually I send special offer or exclusive content to my new customers. For sending email I also use jing & images in my email besides using a email template. I edit it to include my company’s colors and logo in the header for making it more professional. I also add subheading in my email to guide the readers.
