Can we sell online service through offline marketing?

Hello fellows, what is the technique to sell online service through offline marketing? I mean, if I want to sell SEO, forum posting Service then what I have to do first? Make a direct call or post ads on newspapers or deliver brochures?

Whatever it takes to get customers is the important thing. For the services your talking about you need to get the confidence of people to get them to want the services. What ever it takes is what you need to do. I would probably say all the things you listed and maybe more.

Yeah of course I need confidence of people but which media do I have to use? which media is most effective? Newspaper ads?

I think you can try Newspaper ads. It will help you to reach most of your consumers for selling online services. I hope it will be most effective than direct call or deliver brochures.

After getting your reply I have researched the costing of newspaper ads, television ads and colored leaflets. Among those 3 media, colored flyers needs less money. As I am new, doesn't have that much cash in hand.
