Hey! I'm not sure this is the best place to seek help from, but I'll try my luck. So, it's basically about Amazon. I've recently ordered this product from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Vont-Smart-Body-Scale-Black/dp/B08XYX8RDR/, and for whatever reason, they charged me more than they were supposed to. I contacted them a few times, but they weren't eager to help. I've been told that they will contact the bank directly, but it's already been a week, and I haven't heard back from them. Since you guys work on Amazon, I thought you could give some tips. What should I do in this case?
